Corner to Corner Inspections, LLC is a fully insured (E&O/Gen Liability), Veteran-Owned Small Business. Chris Roth is the owner of Corner to Corner Inspections, LLC and is a seasoned inspector. He is dedicated to providing buyers, sellers, current homeowners, and realtors a thorough, rigorous, functional, and safety residential or light commercial inspection they can count on. He is also certified with the ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) Training Institute, using the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice (SOP). ASHI and the SOP are the oldest and most reputable standards in the home inspection industry dating back to 1976.

Chris is a 20-year U.S. Army veteran who was assigned to various positions in maintenance, logistics and civil engineering projects in the United States and overseas. He spent his career as a mechanic/logistics combat readiness manager and oversaw numerous construction projects, including responsibility for the daily inspections of millions of dollars in construction projects and renovation of maintenance and administrative facilities.

After his military career, Chris participated in all aspects of functionality and safety with heavy interest in numerous civil projects in the growth of Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado, working daily on design build construction. He worked closely with architects and engineers, gaining further in-depth knowledge of the construction industry. Chris also has extensive knowledge in light commercial facilities maintenance and housing while working for the U.S. Government at Fort Carson as a maintenance supervisor, where he was responsible for the maintenance and renovation of over 1,100 housing units.

Since moving to Kansas in 2019, Chris continues to offer thorough and informative home inspections to Kansas buyers, sellers, and realtors. In addition, Chris offers his experience and expertise through Handyman Services.
